Contract
Horray! You have decided that we are a perfect fit and would like to review the straightforward contract! All the booking forms and information are sent out through our customer management system, and contracts are signed virtually to make things easy for you.
Can you add on a second photographer later on?
Yes! This is a common question as couples are not 100% certain at the time of booking, at times.
Payment
A 50% non-refundable retainer is required in order to secure your date and book your engagement session. The remaining 50% of your balance is due 30 days prior to your wedding date.
Engagement Session
It is important to me that we plan your session with your love story in mind. We will discuss your hobbies, favorite locations, and favorite past times in order to decide on the perfect location for your shoot. The engagement session may be scheduled immediately after signing the contract, or you may wait to schedule.
When to send out your save the dates
Weddings are scheduled 9-12, sometimes 24 months in advance. The average save-the-date notice is sent 6 months prior to a wedding, with the invitation to follow.
